Equips students with cutting-edge strategies and tools to conquer the challenges of college level learning and achieve academic excellence. With a mix of theory, hands-on activities, engaging discussions, and self-reflection, this course empowers students to discover effective strategies to manage their time, find motivation and tackle procrastination. Students will enhance their academic experience with proven active study strategies and test taking techniques, as well as foster collaboration and communication skills to build community and connection at Pacific. By the end of this course, students will possess a comprehensive toolkit of study skills to thrive in a variety of courses in social sciences, arts, humanities, business, education, quantitative reasoning and natural sciences. Pass/No Pass.
