OPT 714L - Visual Perceptual Development & Testing

Laboratory designed to supplement the lecture material from Pediatric & Developmental Optometry (OPT 614 or OPT 714). This course provides an overview of normal and abnormal visual perceptual development in the context of overall human development and functions. Students will learn to administer and interpret specific tests, program therapy and generate reports or referrals to other professionals for patients who present with visual perceptual-motor challenges and vision-related learning disorders.
