2credit(s) Introduces students to core principles of aural rehabilitation and intervention for individuals with hearing impairments ranging from mild to profound. Behavioral strategies for individuals with hearing loss and their communication partners across listening environments and lifespan will be discussed together with rehabilitative technologies including hearing aids and cochlear implants.
