MUS 182 - Vocal Techniques

Vocal Techniques is geared toward the Music Education instrumentalist and the Music Therapy instrumentalist, to gain necessary skills in order to use the singing voice professionally, both in a clinical setting and in a classroom. Students will study vocal pedagogy, vocal technique and function, vocal health, and learn to apply these through personal voice study and performance in the group setting. A variety of vocal styles and genres will be covered.
