EDUC 496 - Integrating Seminar I: Research Design 2 credit(s) Introduces students to principles of teacher action research. Synthesizes learning from major course work in education, psychology, subject-area content and through a literature review by developing a research design for a fuller understanding of education and learning processes. Emphasizes becoming a teacher through critical thinking, self-reflexivity, seeking multiple perspectives, and developing strong connections between context, students, and distant colleagues. Prerequisite(s): Senior standing (90 or more completed credits).
