This course focuses on how organizations change and how to be a change agent in an organization. It emphasizes the forces for change, the change implementation process, the qualities and skills of successful change agents, and the behavioral theory of how individuals and organizations change. It will help students better diagnose the organizations and change agenda and prepare them for their role as implementers and agents of change.
