People are the heart of any organization and regardless of everyone’s belief in that mission, people issues are common challenges. Principles for developing strong human resources for an organization’s best-efforts help determine best organizational structure, reporting, and delegation strategies. Topics include the legal, policies, and common best practices for developing and maintaining a strong team of staff and volunteers. Interpersonal conflict supervising skills, record keeping, annual work plans and reviews are all covered and integrated into a human resource plan.
