BA 120 - Business Economics 4 credit(s) Introduces students to the study of micro and macroeconomics and how they are related. Microeconomics explores how individuals, households, and businesses make decisions under uncertainty regarding resource acquisition, allocation, and subsequent transformation into goods and services. The role of demand, supply, and pricing will also be studied. Macroeconomics explores broader factors such as fiscal and monetary policy, employment levels, inflation, price stability, international trade patterns, investment, and globalization.
