BIOL 466 - Genome Analysis Workshop 4 credit(s) A study of the structure and function of the genome. Students will use various software tools to identify genes in a bacterial genome sequence and to study the gene products. Microbial metagenomes from environmental samples will be analyzed. Includes a laboratory experience. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 314 , and two of the following: BIOL 313 , BIOL 315 , BIOL 317 .
