Explores the intersections between the nature of competition in healthcare, patient rights, laws, institutional liability and the regulatory framework as well as oversight that governs the delivery of quality care. Topics include the role of changing government rules and regulations, role of compliance within healthcare, addressing medical errors, defining best practices in support of HIPAA and exploring how different countries approach common problems and challenges in providing comprehensive care.
