SPED 415 - Case Management & Collaboration 3 credit(s) Candidates will explore the case management of students with disabilities in K-12 settings with an emphasis on professional and family collaboration. Topics include writing eligibility reports, writing IEPs, determining transition services and writing transition plans, medical plans, and chairing manifestation determination meetings. Candidates will also learn about the organization of physical classroom space and the management of instructional assistants. Includes required fieldwork. Prerequisite(s): SPED 330 , SPED 332 , and SPED 335 .
