ARTHI 494 - Senior Seminar II 2 credit(s) This class is the second capstone experience for art history majors and is to be taken during the spring (or final) semester of the senior year. It is devoted to the research and completion of the senior thesis, which will consist of an art historical paper of significant length and quality under the supervision of at least one faculty member. Students will also read, discuss, and critique the work of other members of the seminar. In addition, seniors will work with the juniors in ARTHI 385 , practicing their presentations and reviewing and mentoring them with their projects. Each student will also give a public thesis presentation, usually on Senior Projects Day. Prerequisite(s): ARTHI 493 with a minimum grade of C-.
