Topics covered: market structure, vertical integration, vertical restriction, horizontal mergers and acquisitions, strategic behavior, Antitrust Laws and Policy, etc.
Prerequisite(s): ECON 101, ECON 102, ACCT 201, and ACCT 202, each with minimum grade C-.
