THEA 336 - Lighting for Dancers & Directors

Students will gain practical knowledge and experience with the lighting craft to inform both their creative work and their ability to collaborate and communicate their lighting needs when working with designers. Students will be exposed to practical application and creation of expressive lighting techniques. Students will explore color theory and electrical safety. This class is recommended for, but not limited to, dance students.
Core Requirement(s): Artistic Practice and Creative Process.
Prerequisite(s): THEA 120 or DANC 200. DANC 301 and DANC 401 recommended
