Private instruction is available on clinically-relevant instruments (e.g., piano, voice, guitar, ukulele, percussion) for music therapy majors with senior standing. Exact course requirements will be indicated on course syllabi and determined by the instructor to best serve students’ individual needs and clinical musicianship. Lessons are letter graded. Music therapy students may take either full-hour weekly lessons on a clinical instrument (1 credit/semester), or up to two half-hour weekly lessons (0.5 credit/semester) during their senior year. One repeat allowed.
Prerequisite(s): Senior standing or above (90 or more completed credits), MUSL 173, and must be declared Music Therapy major
