MGMT 352 - Operations Mgmt - Int Travel

Second course of a two-course sequence that replaces MGMT 350. Study of key concepts, quantitative techniques, and practices used in the management of the production of goods and services. Includes examination of product and process design, process analysis, total quality management, project management, materials management, capacity planning, work design, facility layout, and operational scheduling.
Prerequisite(s): Junior standing or above (60 or more completed credits); ECON 101 and ECON 102, or ECON 103, or ECON 181; and Statistics (BA 301, MATH 207, MATH 316, or SOC 301), each with a minimum C- grade; MGMT 351 (or can be taken concurrently)
