Includes examination of product and process design, process analysis, total quality management, project management, materials management, capacity planning, work design, facility layout and operational scheduling.
Prerequisite(s): Junior standing or above (60 or more completed credits), ECON 101, or ECON 102, or ECON 103 or ECON 181 and Statistics (BA 301, MATH 207, MATH 316, or SOC 301), each with a minimum grade of C-.
